- Contact form. When you send us a message we receive the name, email address, company name and message text you enter, plus your IP address for spam protection.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects standard usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser) to help us understand how the site is used.
- Spam protection. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical signals from your browser to tell humans from bots.
2. Why we use it
We use contact-form data only to respond to your enquiry and to arrange licensing and procurement. We use analytics only to measure and improve the site. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Who it is shared with
Contact-form messages are delivered to our own mailboxes. Analytics data is processed by Google as our analytics provider, and bot-detection signals by Cloudflare. We do not share your data with anyone else except where required by law.
4. How long we keep it
We keep contact-form correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and then only as long as required for our records. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings.
5. Your choices
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@us-lab.net. You can block analytics cookies through your browser settings or a tracking-protection extension.
6. Security
Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection. Access to the mailboxes that receive them is restricted to US-Lab.
